Chile Prunes

Muffins with yoghurt and prunes / March / 2015

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • Half an envelope of baking powder
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 200 g prunes, chopped
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • March / 2015

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients together, add egg whites beaten to soft peaks last. Fold in and pour into muffin tin. Bake at 180 º C for 20 minutes.
