• ½ kg de pollo en cubos.
  • ¼ kg de tocino ahumado en cubos.
  • 8 a 10 ciruelas deshidratadas sin semilla.
  • 200 cc de vino blanco.
  • Aceite.
  • Sal y pimienta.


  • Put a little oil in a frying pan and once hot seal the chicken cubes. When golden, take a skewer stick and place a piece of chicken, then one of bacon and then a prunes.
  • Repeat until the toothpick is full and make all skewers similarly.
  • Then put in a baking dish and sprinkle them to taste. Cook in the oven and each time drizz with a little wine.
  • They are even better served on a mattress of rice with saffron or over lettuce dripped with vinaigrette.
