Ingredients (6 people)

  • 3 yogurts naturales.
  • 300 g de ciruelas deshidratadas sin carozo.
  • 1/2 taza de azúcar.
  • Gelatina sin sabor.
  • Hojas de menta para adornar.

Preparation

  • Soak dehydrated plums in warm water. Chop them into pieces or liquefy them.
  • Mix yogurts with plums and sugar. Dissolve the uns flavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and heat. Attach the gelatine to the previous mixture.
  • Pour into cups or glasses and take to the fridge for it to set. Serve cold with mint flakes and a piece of plum
