Preparation
- Clean and chop the turkey breast into thick fillets.
- Brown the meat in a frying pan with a little oil, then remove.
- Brown the onion in the same pan, pour the chicken stock and put the turkey breast back in the pan.
- Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, with the pan uncovered.
- Pick up the turkey and set aside again.
- Put half the prunes in the broth and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Crush this mixture in the blender and pass this sauce through a strainer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped turkey to the sauce and heat.
- In a frying pan, place the remaining prunes with water and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Serve the turkey breast accompanied by cooked prunes and sauce.
