The National Botanist Lobesia Program (PNLb), conducted by the SAG, reported the start of applications to control the pest in the first generation on vine and plum grounds within the control area.
In this way, from 05 to 15 October, farmers in the Valparaiso Region, specifically from the Province of Los Andes and San Felipe, will be able to begin the process (check the notice here).
Applications will also take place in the Metropolitan Region from 05 to 15 October, specifically in zones 3.4 and 5 (see notice here)
Meanwhile, in the O’Higgins Region, in zone 4) this period begins today, October 07, and extends until the 17th of the month
