Preparation
First the candy is prepared. Make the sugar in a nonstick frying pan over low heat, stir until melted and a caramel is formed. Empty the caramel into the pan and cover it completely. Allow to cool until hardened.
In the blender made all other ingredients and blend until all ingredients are mixed. Empty the mixture into the caramelized pan. Bake Maria to bathe for 90 minutes.
Remove from the oven and unmould carefully. Allow to cool and enjoy.
