Ingredients

  • • 4 tender beef steaks • 200 g dried apricots • 250 g prunes • 100 g dried figs • 25 g pine nuts • 1 tablespoon of green peppercorns • 200 ml water • 220 ml single cream • 2 tablespoons of olive oil • 2 teaspoons of salt

Preparation

1) Pour some oil into a frying pan. 2) Salt the steaks and sear them in the pan. 3) Take the steaks off the heat and set aside. 4) Add all the fruit and pine nuts to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. 5) Add the cream and return the steaks to the pan until done.
