• 1⁄3 cup oatmeal
• 4 prunes, pitted
• 1⁄2 apple, chopped
• 1 cup of skim milk
• 1⁄2 cup of water
• Sweeten to taste with a sugar substitute
• Ice to taste
Preparation
In a blender place all the ingredients together until they form a smoothie. If you want the thickest drink just add prunes and several ice cubes.
