Ingredients

1 kilo of clean and pitted plums

FOR THE BASE:
180g of flour
30g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder (Royal type)
8 g fresh baker's yeast
1 pinch of salt
100 ml of milk
35g butter or margarine (at room temperature)
FOR THE STREUSEL:
50g of flour
35g sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
35g butter (at room temperature)

  • • 1⁄3 cup oatmeal • 4 prunes, pitted • 1⁄2 apple, chopped • 1 cup of skim milk • 1⁄2 cup of water • Sweeten to taste with a sugar substitute • Ice to taste

Preparation

Wash, pit the plums and cut them in half. Grease a springform pan about 20 cm in diameter. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

To prepare the Streusel, put all the ingredients in a bowl and with the help of a fork mix well until they are incorporated. It will be like crumbs. Booking.

For the base, pour all the ingredients into a large bowl, you don't need to sift the flour or anything. With the help of the mixer if you have, or electric mixer, and if not with a spatula, mix all the ingredients until there is a uniform dough.

Stretch the dough by the base of the mold (or tray) that is about 1 cm high and let it rest for about 30 minutes so that the dough rises a little.

Once the dough has risen, cover the entire surface with the plums, applying a little pressure so that they stick and, using your hands, spread the Streusel evenly.

Bake for about 40 minutes or until you see that the surface has a golden color.
