• 200 g ciruelas secas.
  • 200 ml de ron.
  • 200 g de manteca.
  • 200 g de azúcar.
  • 3 huevos.
  • 1 taza de harina leudante.
  • 2 cucharadas nueces picadas.
  • Azúcar impalpable.


  • Macerate the prunes cut into the rum.
  • Then whisk the butter together with the sugar until a cream is formed.
  • Add the flour and baking soda in one by one.
  • Stir in chopped walnuts, drained plums and chopped.
  • Pour into a buttered pan and bring to the moderate oven, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Remove, leave to cool, unmould and sprinkle with unsurpable sugar.
